As you all know the day of September 11 is just around the corner, for the nation this was a hard day. But for firefighters it was a massive blow to our family with the loss of 343 brothers and sisters. On behalf of the Anna Fire Department I would like to invite you to a flag pole meeting on September 11 at 6:30 am where we will observe a moment of silence for the lost firefighters, followed by a lesson from Dr. Vance and we will conclude with the firefighter prayer that I posted last time under the pancake breakfast. I will try and have donuts or something and coffee for most of everyone as it will be hard to guess who will all be there.
The fire department is not asking for anything but your attendance!!!
The reason for the early time is so we can all still get to work and not mess up family time in the evening.
