Anna High School Track

The Anna High School track is closed for repairs until the second week of January.  The drainage for the football field and track is being redone and the track will be resurfaced.  Please do not use the track and football field until the project is completed.

Update on the Anna HS track.  Should be ready 2 weeks from today 1-13-10.  Drainage work complete and resurfacing started.  BUT...we have rainy days ahead so hopefully they will be able to work on it at some point.

Is that tracked fenced off so the people of Anna can't use it?

No, the public can use the track...that is...when it is finished.  The repairs were scheduled to be completed by now, but if you have driven by you can plainly see that the work is no where near on schedule.  Maybe by the 1st of March????  Keeping my fingers crossed.  As an afterthought...no strollers, bikes, wagons, etc. are allowed on the track.  Once it is refinished, let's please take care of it.

Hello... if you have any say-so, please have Anna ISD adjust the light timers... stadium lights are on at 5:00 in the afternoon, as well as the lights around the building...  thanks
