Blackwatch Soccer Academy - McKinney -UPDATE 6yr old boy Practice TONIGHT

Anyone know about this place?  I thought it would be good for our 6 yr old son to learn the soccer basics in their academy during Fall and Winter and then maybe transfer over to AYSA soccer in the Spring.

Anyone heard anything about them, or want to tell me what you think?

I mean, I guess we run the risk that he might be too good for AYSA in the Spring and then he would stay with Blackwatch, but that's the only downside I can see.

Well, if anyone has a six year old boy interested in learning soccer they are having a practice tonight at Blackwatch Soccer Academy from 5:30-around 7pm.

They only have 6 players, so there is no cost now.  When they get 9 or so players they plan to get the parents together to talk about costs and things of that nature.

One of us will be there with B tonight in case anyone is interested.

Metamorph?  You think C might want to play?

Yes,  RBO is a little worried about adding this onto having homework and all of that.  So, we'll see.

We'll be shopping for cleats this weekend!  I bet they are so cute.... ;)

Remind me to show you K's.  His are really cool and you can can the color of them.  They were cheap too.

Blackwatch was very cool.  B is already "trapping" the ball.  And I head out at lunch today to get him cleats and shin guards. 

And they have horses near their field so R got to pet and feed the horse. 

It was fun for all!

When my # 2 was in high school, she won a design contest that is  logo for them.  They were under development at that time.  Don't know anything current.
