We are going to be doing some major remodeling on a house we are in the midst of closing on....it has a large amount of concrete flooring that is uneven. We are having a foundation company drill and place piers. I absolutely LOVE your work. I have been trying to talk my husband into staining and finishing the floors out like in your pics, but he wants wood and tile. I have to get him to change his mind...so I am going to check out your website and I know I'll have questions for you. :) Glad I saw you here!

We have approx 1300 sq. ft of carpeted area downstairs.  If we pulled the carpet up ourselves...what would the rough estimate be for something like this picture but with less shine?

What is this technique called?

That is a stamped overlay.   The coloring could be done in a few different ways.  Stamped overlays are more expensive than traditional concrete staining and sealing due to the material cost and labor involved.  Generally, stamped overlays start at $7 per sq. ft.
