I had this Company come do carpets in a rental property today. He did an excellent job, I highly recomend him, he is very reasonable, the carpets had some stains that were questionable, but he got them all out, while a rather large company bidded the Job for the carpets only 350.00 and would not promise for stains to be gone after drying, this man did them for much less, he does tile also.
