I would like to find someone close that does a good job of cutting hair, with lots of reverse elevation.  Ay suggestions? (:  Thanks bunches.

I go to Toni and Guy at Watters Creek in Allen.  I have super fine straight hair and Jenna does an awesome job.  She can do what you are looking for and is reasonably priced (for a good cut).  She is also great with kids, my daughter loves her!
