I've lost a bucket load of weight the last 2 years and have lot's of good pants that need waist and thigh adjustments. Can you do that? About what would you charge per pant?

Yes, it would be between $8 - $12 for each. It's more or less depending on type of fabric, whether they have lining, etc.
