My name is Joe Tyler and I was your original Anna Forums administrator - before Eric and Anthony took it over. Many of the "first" forum members may remember me.

I just wanted to take a moment to reintroduce my services to the community. My team and I provide on-site IT support for residents and small businesses in the area. My technicians or myself will come to your home or business to take care of any PC or network issues you need help with. All of my technicians are industry certified with CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell, among others. My technicians are required to continuously pass background screenings, and are fully insured.

We accept all major credit cards and offer net 30 terms for many customers. We are local to Anna, and guarantee our services.

We can provide you with anything from basic PC troubleshooting to network installations, consultations, online backup solutions, wireless implementations, and network security services. We are a Dell Partner, therefore able to give you special pricing on new Dell equipment. We also have experience and partnerships with many IT solution providers, including Palo Alto, Cisco, SonicWall, Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, Symantec, ESET, Microsoft, and many more.

We support all models of PCs and laptops. We provide support on a variety of operating systems, including the many flavors of Windows, Linux/Unix, Android, and Mac/Apple products. We specialize in Cisco network support and network security solutions.

We are proud to offer after-hours support, giving you the flexibility to have a technician meet you when it is most convenient for you. We never charge extra for after-hours support, and we pride ourselves in being able to offer superior services at a fraction of the cost of our competition. We will always provide you with a written estimate, so you will never be surprised by the bill.
