 8)  :P For anyone wanting to stock up on tamales, I use Norma.  They aren't my Abuela's tamales but they aren't bad either.  My favorite are the chicken in tomatillo salsa...yummy!  Tamales are freezable.....so buy a large quantity of them....as long as you store them in the freezer correctly, they will last a long time!!
Tamales are best eaten on  a cold day with a cup of coffee....just like I used to do with my Abuela  :-*  :'(
