Windows Vista 64bit and IE 7

Interesting - I haven't had an opportunity to test in Vista because I don't have access to a Vista box.

I had some problems at one point with IE7 on XP, but that turned out to be some funky weather module code that has since been removed.

Do you have the same problem in modern browsers like Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, IE8, or Safari for Windows?

So this seems to be caused by IE  handling some javascript code badly.

If I can isolate which piece of code IE is choking on I can probably evaluate for the presence of IE skip that module -- or replace it with a link to a good browser.

Anyone got a Vista box I can play with for an evening?

This seems to have been fixed in IE 8b1.

Can you send me a non-cropped version of your screenshot so I can see which elements aren't there that should be?

thx

There use to be no browser except IE for me. Until I discovered Firefox. I have Vista on my laptop and the news site opens just fine for me in Firefox but both IE's (regular and 64 bit) that I have will not open the site.

Thank you Drax and E for telling me to try Firefox.

I should probably get to the bottom of why it's crashing in Vista/IE and particularly not in XP/IE that I can tell.
