The Zoo Health CLub
« on: June 19, 2009, 03:39:52 AM »
Just an FYI, the sister club of the Zoo Health Club in Sherman, Fit-For-Her owned by the same owner as the Zoo closed Monday.  Note on door says locks changed, no rent has been paid since it opened and all memberships transferred to the Nautualis Gym.  Will this be the same for the ZOO?

That's odd, we received a flyer from them just this past week.

Based on all the spectacular things I've heard about the Zoo, I am surprised they've been open as long as they have.
There comes a time in the day that no matter the question, the answer is wine.

Did they ever *actually* open?  Like...customers and stuff?  Inside.  Exercising.  Did that ever happen?

Just curious......

Has any 1 actually gotten a membership here?  Are you satisfied?  I feel like most gyms are a racket anyhow but besides that....would you recommend the gym for someone just looking to have a place to workout?

Thanks!

I don't know that they're operating at all - Last time I drove by the place was still full of equipment but dark inside.

My guess based on the information from SoS is that they opted not to renew their registration to operate that location.

Is it bad to operate without a license/registration?
