They are operating.  I would guess that operating without a license isn't a good thing, but that is just a guess.  ???

they have been open for awhile,operating...we had dinner at italian villa and there were maybe 10 people in there that we saw

I looked over this morning & saw only one car.  I didn't see anyone but all the lights were on & the equipment is still there, so I imagine someone was working out.. Evidently they are going w/out a license or that site was wrong..
