What Happen To Angel Wings?

Went to Angels Wings last night and need to say I was surprise to see it was closed down.  Had to settle for that Mexican food place down the walk.  Need to say it was terrible no flavor at all. Should of went to Sonics.

And Angela if you just happen to be checking the Forum.  John and I will surely miss you and the Wings.  Hope you and that little queen of yours is well.

I spoke to Angela the other day and she is taking a break for a bit and considering her options.  She may set up in a different location.  :)

Oh well, I thought they tasted like poo anyway.

They filled the void when we couldnt make it 20 mins away. I wouldnt mind a Great wing place around here, that would Rock!!

In the interim, there is a great whole in the wall at Hwy 5 and Eldorado called A&D Buffalo's.  Yum, yum.

Of course, the WingStop at 380 isn't to bad either.

I am a wing stop man. I only had angel wings once and was not that impressed. I didnt want to be the first to say it wasnt that good. Once you have had wing stop everyting else just lacks. In order of awesomeness

Not much of a BW3's fan. 

I hate to say anything really nasty about a local business so I also refrained.  I want to see Anna thrive but that woman had bad food and a bad attitude.  Hopefully someplace truely awesome will show up in that location soon!

yeah, always sad to see a small local business bottom out, but I have to agree.
The wings there were mediocre at best, the owner was definitely NOT a people person, and her prices were OUTRAGOUS for what you got.
It was bound to happen.

Hopefully something much better will take over that spot cause the location was great.
Personally, I am waiting IMPATIENTLY for Subway to hurry upand open!!

I want some wings. Actually when I think about it they always pissed me off, order 800 wings and get 1 carrot stick and 1 celery stick, ask for more and they throw 1 of each in. And the Fries were cold. Hmm I think I settled since it was "local" and all.

Subway? Where? When?

Not being even accidentally familiar with local culture the year I lived in New Jersey, Lady L and I had a hankering for a submarine sammich but we couldn't find a place anywhere!  We walked into one store and asked where there was a Subway.

"Where yous going?"  Was the reply.

I didn't comprehend why he was asking, and didn't have a reply.  We spent several uncomfortable moments staring at each other.
