It will be on the 4th of July from 4:00 - 8:00 with a street dance until 9:00.

There will be food vendors, crafts/arts vendors, crafts for the kids, good ol' fashioned 4th of July activities and a BATTLE OF THE BANDS!   More specific details will be available next week.

The GACC is hosting the event so you know it will be awesome!

Word on the street is that there will be a burn ban in effect before the 4th gets here.

Yeah, Even when there wasn't one last year you "SHOULD NOT" light fireworks but the City wasn't enforcing all that hard as long as you weren't still doing it at midnight.  The funny part is if you live on the back side of OAK Hollow you could do whatever because of the way things were zoned.  Not sure if that is still the case..  It isn't 4th of July unless someone loses a finger!!

PS: Bottle rocket wars behind my house at high noon!!

So when the Falls goes up in flames due to fireworks I can send everyone to your house?

Sounds like fun. Too bad I'm going to miss it. I'll be here:

And before anyone says anything, the site is in progress. Has been for awhile. But at least it's an example of what NOT to do. ;)

The Falls is like Sodom and Gomorrah.  It could use a good heavenly cleansing.
