This event is open to EVERYONE!  It should be a good time and a chance for the chamber to acknowledge business leaders and citizens in and around our city! I have attached the nomination form for those who may what to make a nomination to any of the 8 awards we will be giving.  This is a merit award so no need to send me 4,000 for E!!!   The last nomination forms will be received on January 6th!    You all are AWESOME!! Thanks

$250 "Movie Star" Sponsor
(includes 8 dinners and listing in program)
$400 "Director" Sponsor
(same as Movie Star plus special listing in program for the evening and media mention)
$650 "Producer" Sponsor
(all of above plus additional 8 dinners,
and logo in program on "movie" for the evening media mention too)
All levels of sponsors will decorate their sponsored table(s) with goodies.  Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated tables. Remember the Movie theme

Attention all you entrepreneurs!! We need your auction items too!!

One of the parts of this banquet is the auction.  We need items to make this successful, so if everyone could donate an item or service for this, that would be FANTASTIC!!!  Please bring the items by the Chamber office at 104 S Powell Pkwy, Anna or call 972-924-8533 if you need assistance getting them to us.  We will need them by no later than January 14th.  Thank you in advance for making this event the huge success that it will be!
