Hello again from Sweet Repeats,

We are looking forward to another great sale!  The following are a few reminders whether you are a seller, volunteer, shopper or all three:

Our sale is Saturday, March 27th at Trinity Presbyterian Church.  We have a bigger sale space!  TPC has completed their new building “The Great Hall” so our sale room will be larger than ever.  Stay tuned for updates on which doors to enter for drop-off and for the sale. Sale hours are 7:00am-12:00pm and the half price sale is 1:00pm-3:00pm.

Seller registration is ongoing but will close this Friday, March 19th at midnight!  If you would like to be a seller, please register at www.sweetrepeatsmckinney.org as soon as possible.

Sellers, as a reminder, please be aware that this sales' inventory will cap at 16,000 items.  You are encouraged to enter your items promptly, as our item count is increasing daily!  Sellers can check current inventory counts on the Seller News page www.sweetrepeatsmckinney.org/sellernews  There are currently over 6800 items entered as of March 14th.

Please also follow merchandise, and tagging guidelines as listed on our website, to insure that each of your items are prepared and ready for inspection.  Please take extra care to not tape over safety pins or barcodes. Remember, Sweet Repeats now requires only computer generated tags.  No hand written tags will be accepted.

We love our volunteers and you help make this event happen!  Important shifts are still available.  Register to volunteer at www.sweetrepeatsmckinney.org  All volunteers earn pre-shopping privileges at our volunteer presale Friday March 26th from 6-9pm.

The Sweet Repeats Kid’s Consignment Sale is this Saturday, March 27th, 7 am – 12 pm/Half Price 1 pm – 3pm. We are looking forward to showing you some amazing children’s clothing, accessories, equipment and furnishings all at great prices.

There are a few changes to the sale to bring to your attention.

First, Sweet Repeats is now located in the new Great Hall of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Enter through the doors at the south entrance on the west side of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Signs will be posted to help you as well. * Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the Great Hall. *

Second, big ticket procedures have been modified for the sale.  Big ticket items include: furniture, bicycles, strollers, car seats, swings, out door play equipment, and playroom furniture.
·         If you would like to purchase a big ticket item, stand beside it and raise your hand.

·         The Big Ticket Designee will ask you for your name and cell phone number and then give you a price tag to take to the cashier to purchase the item.

·         You will have 2 hours to pay for the item.   An attempt will be made to contact you near the end of the two hour window.

·         It is your responsibility to purchase the item within the allotted time frame or the item will be placed back up for sale.
