Help! Need to make a rhino costume

My son is 7 and he is in a school musical Fri the 18th.  Its a jungle theme and he chose the rhino.  Could he pick a more difficult one??  Anyway, I am at a loss as to how to design this.  I am not very handy with the sewing machine, but my MIL can probably help.  So, does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Ok.. I am formulating something,.

Get a gray jumpsuit. or a white one and dye it.

You will need some poly fill and someone with a sewing machine or you can hand stitch the nose

I am designing the nose on paint now.

You will also need some gray fabric for the nose

Blow this up of course and then sew almost all the edges together. Turn it inside out. Stuff it with polyfill and then attach a string and secure that around your son's face?

White T-Shirt, black marker.

On the white T-shirt, with the black marker, write:  RHINO.

How about along w/ the T shirt that e so wonderfully walked you thru on creating.. u also get one of those pointy birthday hats & paint it & there u have the horn & the costume is prob. now complete!
