Scrapbook
« on: December 25, 2007, 08:13:38 PM »
Alright people.  Who here can create some sembelance of order to all of Blake's artwork this year?  I have piles and piles of it.  I want to have him a really super fantabulous book made and added to each calendar year.  Not each school year mind you, each calendar year.  End of Decemner with stuff I keep during the previous 12 months.

Here is how I envisioning it going.

1. Here's a Credit Card
2. Here's all of his artwork
3. Make it kinda like this...(example here)...
4. Call me when it's done
5. I have in mind something pretty professional looking.  Not cheapy materials and it has to be well thought out.  You can order the paper from wherever you want, it just has to have a high quality about it.  This is important, I have all this stuff I want to keep.  If I am gonna pay someone to make it into something tangible, something I can give him when he gets married, or gets pregnant, then it has to be of a kind that would make it thru the next 20= years.  Perhaps we should look at 100+ years.  Maybe I need to find an archivist  :-)

As an added bonus, there would be an additional monetary offering if you let him help.  Really help.  Cut things out, glue sticks, use the rubber stamps, His hand prints in ink or whatever on the back inside cover.  That kinda stuff.  Then it would REALLY be, oh, I don't know, It would be Blake.

If nobody here knows how, but knows someone who does, please let me know.  I have not thrown away a single piece of what he has broght home and don't plan to.

Thanks crafty people...

I do know someone and will mention it to her today.  She is really good and a Mommy too so she will probably be open to the "letting him help" part.  I will get back to you!  :)

It seems we have many on our sweet board with "trouble" in their name!

I'm used to it.  I can also still blame it on drugs for 1 more week.
