Hey Driskell how about charging for fire service? When you are driving the truck, you can hold 'em up on the spot! Say, take all cash up to %10ish. How about when you are doing a ride along, that ought to be worth what %10-%15 on all traffic offenses.
Of course you can confiscate  all the money the drunks and dopers have because the drunks will not remember and the dopes will thank you and dummy up for not charging them.
