I've been present for the bickering back and forth concerning a Dress Code for the City Council, and I've heard the arguments for both sides and see value in both . I have a keen understanding of the necessity for, and reason against enforcing one - and both are very valid points. Its almost circular in its logic.
But I have never been offended by anything I've seen up there.
Until last night.
I was mortified.
