City Council Meeting Changes

Those of you who have attended CC meetings in the past and have been discouraged by the hour-long closed door session in the middle of the meeting will appreciate this bit of news:

City Council will now begin meetings at 6:45pm and go immediately into closed session until 7:30.  At 7:30, the council will convene in the public meeting room and begin open session.

In theory, people arriving at 7:30 should be able to partake in contiguous open session without the regularly-scheduled thumb-twiddling session in the middle.
