Does the city have a master plan that lays out future growth, upcoming projects (even if not offical), etc.?  If so, is theplan available to the public?

From the city website, it sounds like a lot of prepr work is going on to prepare the city for future development.  A DART rail line, new water resources, new city hall, new roadways, new parks, etc.

I would like to get an idea of where the city of going and what it may look like in the future--where the streets will be, etc.

Yes, but not just the land use map.  I want something more detailed and in writing.  Something that lists/discusses any purchases, agreements, building plans, etc--even if not fuilly negotiated.

A lot of that type of info is stuff that would potentially compromise the city's bargaining position and is protected under the provisions of the Open Meetings Act as information that can be kept confidential.

To answer your question to the best of my knowledge, there is no such document.  If there were, I'd be all over it.

I received an invite but have chosen not to partake in the shed. It did not seem like your visit went to well.
