hmmmm, Just curious why you didnt say something to these people? If you were concerned, perhaps you could've gone outside & spoke to them about the situation....raised your concerns & solved the problem
First off, it is more of a concern than a problem to begin with. Untill I do my "homework" there is no need for unnecessary confrontation. I know that the kids were supervised and I did not want to be a spoil sport and ruin their day. My main concern of posting this was to get feedback and see if anyone knew if we had a liability for the easement in front of our house. No one knows or has answered that question for me on here. I'm still looking for that answer that elsewhere.
