What do you say we start a fund raiser in Anna?  :-*

Kiss a pig contest
WHITEWRIGHT — There’s an election underway in Whitewright, one where retail customers are casting votes in donation jars for which city official they would like to see kiss a pig come Halloween.

Candidates are Mayor Bill Goodson, City Clerk Mona Sears, Councilor C.C. Beasley, and Whitewright Fire Department Chief Robert Hutchings. Each city official has a jar posted at Pettit’s Grocery, Quick Check, and the Whitewright Volunteer Fire Department Haunted House in the old nursing home. The candidate with the most donations by the afternoon of Oct. 31, will kiss a pig at the WVFD Haunted House. All proceeds will benefit the Whitewright Volunteer Fire Department.

Growing up we played a game like that but with an ass.  If we were to do that I already have a list I can provide.

I got a few wild P-I-G hogs that we could use.  Just trapped them the other day.
