The lift station in Los Rios ,East Plano next to the golf course has been there for many years and smelled for many years. It got so over capacity that it would lift manhole covers and spill sewage down the street into the storm drains ! Real-estate agents would lie to home buyers and tell them it was a maintance building for golf carts.
