Hey for that much money, we could have got Chip Foose. His rods are basically rolling graphic design.

My question is:  Who actually RECEIVED the $22K?  What firm did we pay?  Anyone in it related to anyone else on city council??  Or an friend or relative of city council???  Makes you wonder!!
