I went to their website to get a phone number so I could call, but then I read that trash had to be out by 9am (this was about 10:30) and their was a charge for coming back.  I am not paying extra, tyvm.

This was the first time I've ever had an issue w/ them.  They have gone WELL out of their way for me before.  I've had several extra bags, large tree branches, random stuff filling up the truck bed, and everytime I would just ask if they could help me out, everytime they would- and even unloaded it all for me.

I agree Red, maybe it's that time of the month for them...
