Residents Of Anna Can't Complain about their water bill, if they don't read their own water meter.  The city of Anna has been over charging me, for years, now they can't.  It okay for The city to go up on the rates, don't  inflate my meter usage.


Call your Electric Company, get on the Budget Plan, if you've been with them for a year.
