3.  Shop around for cheaper mortgate rates.. but remember, the less interest you pay, the more it will hurt you at the end of the year.

If it will help, I'll refinance your load at a modest 13.25% interest so you can take a deduction on your taxes.  Give me a call if you are ready to draw up the papers...
