Water Bill Blues

I am trying to pay my water bill online and I was brought to another site where I registered. O.k. everything is all good untill I have to add an account. I added the account, but I got some questions. First of all How long does it take for the account to add? It has been two days and I havent received my email saying that it has been updated. Second, there is a city Pin number and I think I have it right, but i'm not sure. I went back to the website and no account has been added. What gives? >:(

It took four days to recieve my email. Just hang in there. The pin # is the small # at the top of the post card.

There is no reason to pray to me E. Howton.  For it is I that want and pray to have the patience to become more like you.  A beard full of berm and nutrition.
