Water bill problem
« on: February 05, 2008, 10:50:24 PM »
My HOA has an outrageous water bill.  Who would I need to contact about it?   We have already spoken with the lady that does the billing.  Who would be next?

Pam is not the president, she is the property manager.  She has NOTHING to do with our HOA, I made sure of that.

Fair to say.  Regardless, you do have an HOA President, right? And you could harass this person?

The first person I'd contact would be Misti Trapp at 972-924-2409.

If that's who you've already spoken to, I'd call James Parkman who's the head of Public Works at 972-924-4510.
Everything I say, do, imply, or infer is the sole representation and responsibility of the individual who owns this account and does not represent the opinion, policy, position, or intent of any organization or other entity, public or private.

Yes E we have an HOA president.  However it is the HOA's water bill that I am working on, so harassing the HOA won't do me any good.

Thanks Drax.  I'll let ya'll know how I fair!

First find out why it is so high.  Next if it seems to be the city fault... go and complain in a formal setting.  Thirdly find something real heavy and get some matches.  You may need to hit the workers for the city over the head ans set their arse on fire to get them moving.

Wise words, Slummy...thank you for your knowledge of City Works.  May I assume you know so much from being taken advantage of so often in your own commercial endeavors?

Yes we are at the formal complaint stage.   If a big stick and matches are needed - I"ll give you a call!

I could not possibly make that contact directly.

It could be bad plumbing or fittings.  My hose leaks all over the place.

We know why the bill was so high.  We just feel that we have some recourse, thus my questions.  TY

You can get a cure for that from Canada with no prescription required - comes in a very discreet paper box once a month.
