I don't have a problem with my meter reading but, I do have a problem with the web site to pay your bill. Every month I make my payment on line and the web account does not subtract my payment. So now I have to go to the water company to pay my bill. The web site says I owe $195.68 and my bill was only $68.32. The woman at the water company was just as confused as I am. I hope they get this fixed soon.

G-Ma, you can also set it up for automatic withdraw.

I would but I'm affraid that they would take out the total of all the past months bills every month.

Why is my water bill going up $16 a month if the rumor is correct.  What justifies this?

Our water bill this month showed double usage and went up roughly $80. That is just crazy!!!! Anybody else had this issue? We checked for leaks...NOTHING! My husband doesn't think they are reading the meter. He had to clean it off to read it himself. And the numbers didn't match up to the bill.

Sniff the packets then print out the raw data and go complain...
