What paperwork do I file to hang a banner?

Rattan is having their fall festival next month and we want to have a banner on 455 & 5.  Last year we were granted permission from the bank to use their property to hang the banner, but it was removed a few days later from either the APD or Sheriffs Dept because we didnt file the proper paperwork or pay the fee.  Does anyone know where or with whom I need to speak with?  Thank you so much!!

Go see Tana Ross in the Planning Dept. in the older building where you used to pay the water bills.

Tana will need you to get a permission letter from the bank, just stop by and they will give it to you.  I was in charge of all that wonderful goodness for our Spring Fling so if you have any more questions just shoot me a text. :)

I can almost imagine the panic of seeing something like a grade-school banner being displayed and rushing to search through permits to ensure it was approved.  I wonder if they tore it down with a heavy-heart, or a rush of adrenaline?  Perhaps all banners should have contact numbers on them just in case?

E-Are you being a smart ass??  LOL

The banner was displayed for like 4 days and then they tore it down.  It took us a little while to locate it and it was then that we were told that we lacked the paperwork.
