Anyone know where to buy replacement fence parts?
« on: May 02, 2008, 02:53:39 PM »
Does anyone know where to get the vinyl fence components that will match ours in Creekside?  And don't say Home Depot, I've already checked there......

I don't know off the top of my head, but if you bought from DR Horton then the homeowners book has a fence company listed in it.

I'll look when I get home, or perhaps Mr Dowg will look for you (if he sees this :)  )

You also want to check the city web site the new fencing ordinance requires that during repairs you bring your fence into code so you may have to do some upgrades.

Does this mean that if we have to make repairs on our white vinyl fences we go taller? Is that "up to code"? There is that vinyl fence company off 75 on the North side access road....they have all their "samples" out...It's in Allen or Fairview but can be seen from freeway. I'll get # on my way home tomorrow.

Let me clarify my original question.  If someone could tell me who the manufacturer of the fence is, that would suffice also.  As far as the previous question with bringing "up to code", they won't make you change the style or height of your fence.  The city already agreed when creekside was developed that the fences would be the style they are.  The new fence ordinance is to try to clean up some of the wooden fences that are in disrepair in some of the other neighborhoods..

Look on some of the fence post, there is bound to be some name of the fencing company stamped on one or more post. Usally near the corners.
