You do know tha Wiley Farm is a speedway, right?  I think the teenagers, as well as many adults, feel the turn from Wiley farm to Creekside is the north turn at Texas Speedway.  The attempt is to take the corner on 2 wheels.  My kids have almost been run over more than once, and they NEVER get to playoutside without me out there.  Even when watching for cars, one can zip around that corner so fast it will make your head spin.

I am usually out late at night with my video camera.  I will be sure to see if I can catch them in the act.

I'm not entirely certain, but I think I may know where said ape might be found.  I'm not sure that he lives in the neighbourhood, but often there is a black camaro that speeds up and down my street before parking in front of one of the houses a few houses down.  I haven't seen the vehicle in a while so I'd hazard a guess that the guy is only visiting here (often).

Personally, I'd love it if it were the same guy as to the one here-ish and he gets a nice little visit from the police.  The camaro that frequents our street SPEEDS without regard to the many children out playing.  My husband has had words with him a couple of times, but he refuses to listen.
