I was standing outside last night talking to a neighbor around 10:00, my other neighbors have already put their trash can out for Tuesday pick up.
I truck pulls up to the can, a young man jumps out of the truck, goes to the back and pulls out a big trash bag and stuffs it into my neighbors can.
I realized what they were doing, so I go out to the road, the man tries to drive away but decides to stop, I told him to get his trash out of the can,
he told me that the can was not being used, and I insisted on him getting his trash out of my neighbors can, he told me he would, thinking he would
just drive away, I said ok, back up and get it, I was not moving until he backed up.  He finally backed up, had the young man get the bag out of the can.
I have never seen the truck in our neighborhood, and really it is one thing to have to pick up trash from your neighbors when something gets into it,
but to have some random trash, I think it is just very odd.
