Patio Question??
« on: July 07, 2008, 02:02:17 PM »
Hi everyone!! This is my first time on this site and I have enjoyed reading all the comments. This seems to be a very informative webiste so I hope you can help me.

Our back patio is not covered so I'm looking into having a patio cover built. Will we need to get permission from the Homeowners Association?

Thanks so much for your help.

I don't live in CreekSide but I would call up Lonestar Managment, we don't use them anymore but I would bet my paycheck that you will need to get this approved..

If you have been reading here, I am sure you have noticed that we all have ADD and cannot stay on topic.  Actually it is quite humorous if you can stick it out!

Yes you would need to have approval to add a patio.  The process is fairly painless unless you are planning on putting up a shanty style patio cover.  If you plan on putting up something nice that matches the look of your house you won't have any problems at all.  There is a form and contact information in your HOA book that can help you get the process started.

Good luck!

I did see someone just extend their patio to their fence the other day.. with a tarp.........  not sure if that was in creekside or the falls.

NO, not unless your ordering 42,000lbs worth of product. That's a full freight truckload.
