BERROX
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. head cabbage, shreaded not too thin and chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
dash or two of salt
dash or two of pepper
2 doz. rhodes dinner rolls, texas size if you can find them, i havn't but i used the small ones, just makes more..infact if you portion right, you can get 36
these take 2 hours to thaw, thaw on cookie sheet covered with plastic wrap or paper towels start your meat mixture about an hour and half after you start the thaw of the rolls...
saute in about 2 tablespoons of oil the cabbage and onion in a large skillet till translucent. Cook ground chuck in seperate skillet,till browned, salt and pepper while cooking meat, When hamburger is done, drain fat,add to skillet with the cabbage and onions mix well....
roll the thawed rolls out flat,put a spoon of meat mix on dough pieces and pinch corners together,be sure they are closed so the insides dont leak out,put on large cookies sheet, spaced apart, let rise for about 2 hours then bake at 350 degrees until brown, brush some butter on top the last 10 mins or so....these are so yummy
these are good left over too, throw in fridge and heat up in the microwave the next day or two...
seems like a long time to make but really not that bad! enjoy....im gonna make some for a superbowl party we are goin too also

i also have seen other recipes like this....in many different ways of doing and meats...
if the kiddo's dont like cabbage i have used pizza sauce,pepperoni and onions for pizza rolls made the same way....brush butter and garlic on top and way YUM..
