2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
2 8 oz.cans of tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 chopped and seeded bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning (McCormack's)
1 tablespoon Cavendars all purpose Greek seasoning
1 sleeve saltines crumbled finely
2 eggs
1 cup of ketchup
Saute onion and pepper until onion is translucent, in a large bowl combine ground chuck with all of the remaining ingredients except ketchup, shape into loaves and then spread ketchup on top. Cook at 350 degrees till juices run clear on meatloaf {usually a hour)
I usually use a 9 x 13 pan and press the meatloaf evenly into the bottom and then divide that into two loaves sideways in the pan. I really like the ends so that way I have more ends.
