Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and bake for 20-30 minutes. Can also be put in a Crockpot and cooked for about an hour before serving.

Then sometimes I take some that is not cooked and microwave it till it is all hot and bubbly and then get out my kitchen torch and freak out company and brown the top.

Serve with Ritz, Pita chips, Wheat thins, veggies, Use your imagination.
