Deer Run says Hell yes to Alcohol!

Deer Run supports the sale of Alcohol in the City of Anna.  If a resident has a problem with this proclamation a dumpster will be dropped by your door and the locks changed within 4 hours.  Violaters will not be tolerated!  The same policy will be added to the "Quadplex" bylaws.   For more information come by the office.  Be sure to claim all weapons with security  upon your arrival.

Most welcome.  I have had complaints of harassment since your first minute on the job.  I reminded the tenants that they are living on private property and can be legally shot in a court of law.
