Dis-Annexation from The city of Anna

I am planning on Dis-Annexation from the city of Anna.  According to a source in Washington i need the following:

A Flag for my Republic
A Navy (can be a small boat)
a Cabinet? Don't know why ...i have many
Banking note and treasury.

Any help would greatly be appreciated....I would like to start the process ASAP!!

You may rule over the Squatters behind #8.  One of them holds the record for most Donkey Punches... I don't know what the Hell that means but they are treated like royalties amoung the Riff.

I think it's some sort of drink they make out of hairspray, rubbing alcohol, and random fruity beverages.

I believe that you will be needing the cabinet in place of a jail.  You can stuff M Rock in it like it's his own little cell.
