The problem with investing in whisky is that we would drink it.   ;)

However, it might not be a bad idea for us all to kick in a build our own bar. 

That way we wouldn't have to bring our chairs all the time and someone could serve us all. 

We could install an indoor playground for the kids - big and little  ;D

And of course there would have to be a beer tent....
