OK, so I am a wino.  I'm harmless.  Why should you deny me my right to purchase alcohol in Anna AND increase my taxes?

I do believe that our street should be renamed Drunkard Falls.  I say that only because 'Drunk dorks who dont know when to go to bed falls' wont fit on a sign!  Do you believe I went to bed at 11:00 lastnight.  Felt strange.  It was the weekend and I wasnt going to bed at 4:00am....  Very strange it was.
