So if I may, do you believe abortion and the death penalty are 'right'?  After all, they are the law and the law defines right and wrong.

Just curious about your answer, because I believe a large majority will say yes to one and no to the other, not necessarily in that order, depending on your beliefs.

Personally:
I believe abortion should be safe, legal and very rare. Which comes from education, something sorely lacking in this country.
I believe the death penalty should only be applied in the most extreme of circumstances. It's over used and deters nothing.

I often use the quote button (especially if I'm late in responding, and another comment is between the one I'm wanting to address and my reply - as these are not "threaded comments" you understand) to indicate to whom I'm replying.

I guess I'm not the only one guilty of responding to a question intended for another member, but I didn't realize it would cause such an outcry.  I apologize.
