I think everyone saw your "mommy nudders" at that party.

Sheesh, woman.  Holster those things!

Why don't you just PM him on the forum, put on your big girl panties and go ask him about this stuff?  I know you know he is on here - just look for his alter ego -Vote for Driskell as I know it can be hard to find.

I'm sure he is curious why you would vote for him once and now you are disillusioned.  Maybe he could learn some stuff, and you could learn some stuff and harmony would be restored regardless of whether you want to vote for him or not.   ???

LOL!

I could understand someone being upset if one resident went to a member of the council, was told that they can file for a exception and then another resident comes forward exact same situation and was told too bad.  I may be wrong but I thought one of the reasons we elected council members was to have a "voice" in the city, someone to go to when we have issues? To me that just looks like he was doing what we elected him to do.

As far as bragging about being unstoppable etc in this town - I just find that hard to believe.  Maybe you heard part of a conversation and out of context it sounded as if he was boasting that he could get away with murder??

And I don't see a conflict of interest with a married couple and one being the President of the Chamber of Commerce and the other being the Mayor.  I'd say yes, they both have an agenda, to promote the town and its businesses and to attract more business to Anna.  To promote a high standard of living for its residents.  I don't see where a possible conflict lies between the city and the chamber as their agendas are pretty close.

You know... they keep a copy of the minutes of all City meetings.  The fun could really begin by digging a little deeper.

Personally, I don't care enough to dig.  But it is darn entertaining.

You just have to love election season in small towns.  I'm just waiting for someone to surface saying they have pictures of someone doing unmentionable things with small animals.

This was not the only instance of bragging about being unstoppable that I have witnessed but a good example of it.

I'm Batman.

I just want to know who is your nemesis.

My wife licked our pug's salty eyeball by accident, but I don't have pictures.

Hahaa, that was gross. I meant to kiss the top of her head and she looked up. I ended up kissing her pug eyeball.  Yuk.

But I did not have sexual relations with that woman!

I just have to say that I can think of no reason to have your tongue out in very close proximity to a dogs face.

Every so often I shave the mop and find a little dog in there.  No one bothers to document the moment, but perhaps we should start.

HAHA, agreed...

Darren R. Driskell has a funny shaped head.

There.  I said it.

Brass Monkey - that funky Monkey
Brass Monkey - junkie
That funky Monkey

Got this dance that's more than real
Drink Brass Monkey - here's how you feel
Put your left leg down - your right leg up
Tilt your head back - let's finish the cup

Sounds like you have a hidden agenda.  Which two Chamber Members relinquished their board positions?  I don't believe you have your facts right.  There is absolutely no conflict of interest.  One has nothing to do with the other except the good of the community. They should work together.

I can tell you, with 100% certainty that both Driskells are true to their word.  When they tell you they are going to do something, they do it or explain why they can't.

If you have a grudge with either or both of them, take it up with them.  Don't hide behind the forum to spout off!!!

You are correct, Red High Heels.

Cypher - Since two members of the Chamber of Commerce relinquished their board positions due to a conflict of interest with their positions on the Planning and Zoning Commission, I don't see how you can NOT deem the mayor being married to the Chamber of Commerce President as a conflict of interest.

I digress.  Let's move on.

Let's talk about Mr. Driskell making promises to businesses that never come to fruition because of city ordinances and codes that, in all honesty, Mr. Driskell should know about before making those promises.

Let's discuss what exactly Mr. Driskell's plan for our city is, if anyone truly knows.  I have only heard the man speak in circles and never fully answer any questions.

Let's chat about the blind eye that people turn to Mr.Driskell's deeds because he is already in a position of "power" and how he has a braggart attitude towards what he can get away with.

Is Darren Driskell the man for the job?  Does he really have Anna's best interests at heart?  Are we feeding an ego that is already over-inflated?

Maybe he is talking about this http://www.annanews.net/local-news/19-local-news/192-small-group-holds-enormous-power.html I am not for sure. I love it when people open a new account just to post a comment. Makes me think they are one of the people being talked about and are afraid to respond under their original name. I guess Drax0r could tell by IP who at0722 really is?
