I like the idea of Liquor sold in Anna.  I believe there is a state law that says if there is a liquor store in your county and you own a restaurant or bar, you MUST buy from them.  I think that is the reason our taxes are low.  I say BRING ON THE LIQUOR STORES.

Dallas county wants their tax revenue back.. Remember when Anna 1st started selling liquor? The preacher from Dallas showed up shortly after, & the vote that said (again) we wanted adult beverages in Anna? Did Dallas get a new front man?

Hypothetically speaking, I would think that Dallas as a whole might not be so interested in getting their liquor back if one of the companies that (entirely hypothetically) helped fund the anti-liquor initiative  was now sated because they (entirely hypothetically) bought out one of the existing liquor stores in town.

Hypothetically.
