All of us in the "older" neighborhoods have electric heat, Anna just got gas about a year and a half ago.  The Falls, Creekside, etc are all electric.  Before we moved here we had both and I wish we still had it, it was the one thing that we had to seriously consider that we were "giving up" when we built this house.

I like cooking on gas so much more than electric....After my last light bill..wish we were heating with it too.  I think West Crossing has the option of having gas also.

Oh man!...If I had the option to cook with gas, I'd do it in a heartbeat!...I'd put my electric stove on craigslist to recoup some of the cost...The longer we are here, the more I wish we bought in West Crossing  ...

Changing subject:...What is up with Stetson Ranches fence line along West Crossing...my daughter said it looks ghetto..LOL...are the homeowners responsible since they don't have a HOA anymore?
