Apologies for the killer dog that has been reported roaming the streets "outside of Anna, with a history
of attacking other less fortunate creatures.
The true fact of the matter is I left the gate open and he (the defendant) decided to visit the neighbors, in particular
one neighbor who regulary feeds him treats? yes knowingly feeds a felon, with a record no less?
and now that same person wants to throw the entire weight of the law at him- animal control, leash laws
skipping probation- the defendant has been set up.
He is certainly not the bully he has been made out to be.Infact a more gentle dog with a great personality
would be hard to find. In this case he is merley the victim of circumstance. My mistake and my apology.
It is very unfortunate to read such an embellished plea for assistance, sent to the masses,when a simple returned phone call or conversation would have sufficed.
