Absolutely, just post the bill you want to pay, the account number, your bank account or credit card number, your full name and DOB. 

We'll go ahead and pay them manually while I develop a PHP bot to do it automatically.

That's crazy.. don't post that info on here.  Just leave the cash out somewhere for me to pick up w/ a sticky note on it telling me where it needs to go, then don't worry about a thing.
